Responsible for filling open staff positions and keeping track of daily administrative details. Primary contact for prospective volunteers.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Pre-screen applicants based on their related experience, etc.
- Coordinate electronic interviews between applicants and responsible staff members
- Maintain a list of prospective staff members for future positions
- Maintain a list of 'small-job volunteers'; people without the time and/or skills for a full staff position, but still able/willing to help on smaller tasks
- Maintain a list of staff positions, and their requirements/job descriptions
- Make sure stuff doesn't "fall through the cracks"
